Terms of Service
I, the artist, own all rights to my artwork and be able to display commissioned work in any form/social media.
I maintain the right to decline any order if I am uncomfortable or felt the order can't be completed.
General
All prices are in USD, Paypal only. Order must be either paid partial or full after sketch is approved.
Commissioning is putting you in queue on the waitlist, I will contact and send invoice after I am ready and initial sketch approval.
Please respond back ASAP when I contact you about your order. You have a week to respond, if I don't hear back from you within the time I will give your spot to someone else. You'll be added back into the waitlist when you're ready.
Will be asking for your opinion during the sketch phase and show WIPs.All commissions are strictly for personal use.Do tell me if you need anything by a deadline, there will be a rush fee depending on how fast you need it. (Only for small commissions)Once started give me 1-2 months to finish your commission as circumstances can happen.
Rush fee:
2 weeks = +25%, 1 week = +50%, 3 days = +150%, 1 day = +250%
Commercial inquiries: Please contact me directly so we may discuss about it. Prices will vary depending of what you want and what you'll be using it for.
Any commissions for commercial use, do tell me when you submit your form.
Refunds: Commissions are non-refundable unless there is a valid and unforeseen emergency before starting on your commission. Can't be in full as Paypal takes a fee.
You cannot request a refund if any of the finished emotes are refused.
Chargebacks are not tolerated and will result you being blacklisted.

Client Rights
May NOT reprint your commission for profit unless purchased the rights for it.May NOT request a free redraw if emote gets refused.May NOT remove my watermark/signature.May print your commission for personal use.May post in your social media or promote, but should credited/linked back to me.Choose text colors along with black, white, or both borders.
Under no circumstances that my art is allowed to be claimed, traced/copied, modified in any way, resell without permission.
Any evidence of such would void any rights you have over the commission.

❌: furries+related, gore, politics, vehicles, discrimination, lewd+nsfw
❗ Exceptions: mechas, armor
